  Great atmosphere. Had to send steak back a few times each time it came back smaller.  Other then that everything else was awesome.
  Waiter was friendly.  Specialty drinks were great.
  Decor was great and vibe was good.

  This place is pretty awesome.
  
  The space is very glam and super cozy and the food is delish!
  
  I went for happy hour with some friends and ordered their meatballs (our favorite- tender, perfectly seasoned, sauce wasn't too tart or heavy), chicken drumettes (they had a nice crunch with a nice sauce  that was spicy and sweet), charcuterie plate ( 2 meats and 2 types of cheese, grapes, bread), and blistered shishito peppers with lardons (hey it counts as a vegetable, right?).
  
  The service was fantastic. Very attentive and friendly.
  
  Prices are very reasonable especially during happy hour.
  
  Their dinner options look fantastic. The table next to us ordered the smoked ribeye - and we definitely had food envy!
  
  The only thing that I didn't care for was the coffee that I ordered at the end of my meal. It was a little on the weak side but did not really dampen the overall experience for me.
  
  I'll be coming back for dinner soon and can't wait to try their entrees and desserts!

  Absolutely shocked.
  An astounding restaurant tucked away in henderson.
  Was recommended by a close friend and was hesitant because there are a few steakhouses off the strip that have great food AND service.
  We came a bit early and was treated by a friendly and enthusiastic hostess who showed us to the bar and pulled out our chairs for us (5 star customer service).
  While waiting for the other half of our party we took the bartenders recommendation for drinks and started with the Smokey Monkey
  It's a scotch mixed with pineapple & grapefruit topped with cinnamon and a marvelous presentation.
  After being shown to our table Valentino approached us with a welcoming smile and had recommendations waiting for us. Every single dish was amazing from the appetizers to the entrees.
  We started off with the tempura cauliflower which was fantastic but the Brussel sprouts and meatballs were phenomenal! The meatballs had me hypnotized, the texture and the flavor was out of this world combined with the aioli sauce that lines the plate which complimented the meat 10 fold.
  We ended up doing family style and ordering one of
  each.
  The pork chop was my business partners favorite and was intense flavoring with simple ingredients.
  My favorite was the roasted chicken and the smoked ribeye.
  Both were tantalizing to the tastebuds and each bite seemed to get better and better. The meat on the chicken was so tender it pretty much melted off with ease. The steak was exactly how I wanted, medium rare plus (yes I'm that person). I'm extremely picky with steaks and the ribeye here was truly something special and the presentation was spectacular and one of a kind.
  The chicken Marsala was impressive. I can't put my tongue on the exact ingredients but the sauces that were mixed and the way it was cooked with mushrooms and potatoes was breathtaking.
  My FAVORITE part was the Smoked Old Fashion!!
  Hands down from the presentation to the taste of the drink it was truly something that left a mark and that imprinted a standard in which I will hold future Drinks to. The smoke adds such a twist and incredible aroma to the drink which just makes this drink go from amazing to magnificent.
  The dessert was a tiramisu which is made with a coffee liqueur and a brownie with blue frosting that turns your tongue blue, which makes for quite a laugh!
  Overall Blume surpasses every expectation I had before coming in and experiencing it myself.
  Its 5 star high end customer service that makes you feel like family and comfortable whether you're in a t shirt and shorts or a business suit and tuxedo to where you end up loosing track of time and before you realize it's almost midnight.
  The entire staff was delightful and our water glasses were NEVER empty and Valentino repeatedly checked on us and made sure that our table was clean and that we were comfortable.
  Completely blown away at the quality and hospitality provided to us tonight .
  Highly recommend to anyone in the henderson area looking for great and flavorful food with A1 astounding service without having to head to the strip.
  Thank you to the chef and a SPECIAL thanks to Valentino for making this night memorable!
  Will be returning soon to go to the party's that are held here!!

  Absolutely gorgeous restaurant. Definitely a place to celebrate a special occasion or to feel just a little bit "fancy".
  
  Prices are a bit inflated; consider it a tax for the privilege to sit in their dining room. Food was good and presentation was above average but not worth their prices alone. Go for happy hour and indulge in half-priced appetizers and/or wine.

  Im a simple eater and absolutely loved how accommodating Blume was towards me. Environment absolutely surprising and delightful! Service impeccable!
  Food? Delicious!!!!
